Integrated with the Semieta access control platform and Rosslare AY-K35 readers, Semieta Go provides a convenient mobile-first access experience while allowing organisations to retain control over who can access specific locations and when.

The Rosslare Integration

The Rosslare Mobile SDK has been integrated directly into the Semieta Go mobile application.

This enables Semieta Go to communicate with compatible Rosslare readers using Bluetooth on Android and iOS devices, as well as NFC on Android.

From the user’s perspective, their smartphone effectively becomes their access credential. When presented to the Rosslare reader, the unique mobile credential is communicated to the Semieta access control platform, where the user’s access permissions are checked.

Semieta determines whether access should be granted based on the authorised person, time and location. Once approved, the appropriate relay is activated and the door is unlocked.

The integration therefore combines Rosslare’s mobile-enabled reader technology and Mobile SDK with Semieta’s access control platform and Semieta Go application to provide a seamless mobile access experience.
